From the beginning, Kerioth was built to extend beyond commercial real estate. Founded in 1983 by Clinton G. Herring, our focus was to expand and diversify Kerioth’s commercial real estate development, investments, and services portfolio. As opportunities emerged, Kerioth diversified into additional business opportunities.
Following that diversification vision and strategy, the company has expanded into Health Care, Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, and Food Service with an impressive list of success stories. TrustCare Health is now a multi-location and multi-state healthcare company that continues to grow. Club4Fitness is expanding in six (6) states with over 35 locations. And Kerioth’s reputation in Hospitality continues to grow with proven properties, including Marriott and Hilton flags.
